Vanessa White @ The Camden Assembly 20th March 2017

P1030676

Headlining Grab Em By The Music was the sensational Vanessa White. Having been a fan of The Saturdays I was very intrigued to witness White showcase her solo material. At this moment in time she’s release the debut Chapter 1 EP and 31st March sees Vanessa drop the sophomore Chapter 2 which features the singles Good Good and Running Wild.

Now this short but sweet set compromised of 3 songs, 1 which featured on the debut and the other 2 being the singles from Chapter 2. Things kicked off with Chapter 1 tune Relationship Goals and I was literally lost for words. This captivating cut was drenched in plenty of soulful goodness, Vanessa’s vocals were smooth like butter mellowing me out in the process. This was a well written tune aided by vibrant verses and a catchy compelling chorus. Up next was the brand new single and this being Running Wild. This number was a slick R&B jam, the backing track was rather upbeat and White’s vocals left me in a trance. Now the contagious Running Wild had me moving on the spot. Ending the wondrous showcase was the majesical Good Good. This delectable was an R&B anthem which Vanessa White delivered to perfection. Everything about Good Good was top notch, the smooth sensual lyrics had me swaying from side to side and those exquisite vocals sent shivers down my spine.
