Parker Matthews is an incredible singer/ songwriter who oozes bundles of potential. Having emerged onto the music scene in 2017, the uber talent Matthews has released two impeccable singles. The debut Lost With You dropped November 2017, whilst the follow up Hit And Run was unveiled 4 months later. Both tracks were drenched in plenty of pop goodness and they showcased Parker’s impeccable songwriting skills.
Anyhow Parker Matthews is back with a brand new single and this being Feelin’ Right. The writing process saw Parker team up with Darren Ivory which led to a well written gem. This enticing treat shows Matthews in a brand new light, this being the fact Feelin’ Right is a sleek R&B jam. Whilst I adored the whole pop feel of the prior singles, I’m really digging this tune. In fact I’ve had Feelin’ Right on constant repeat and it doesn’t disappoint in the slightest. That gorgeous melody was pure ear candy, Parker’s vibrant vocals were silky smooth and then you had those sultry lyrics.
11th July saw the unveiling of the Nicholas Wendle directed music video. This wondrous lyric video was aided by sensual visuals of naked mannequin figures.
That aside this exquisite single only cranks up my desire to have the debut record within my hands.
